We are glad to share the ceremonial groundbreaking of Residence Inn By Marriott held on 28th Sept 2021 – an innovative property being developed in Covington Town Center.

With a $25 million investment, the goal of this hospitality property development is to be a safe house for people, fostering over 35 possible local job opportunities.

Collaborating with Batson-Cook Construction – the prime leaders, helping us give the right route to this project, we are thrilled to get started on the project as anticipated. Our CEO, Mr. Aziz Dhanani, and our team of Premier Petroleum Hospitality were present at this opening.

Our goals are tailored to opulence and comfort that takes us to our upcoming venture – Marriott Courtyard Hotel opening, which is presently under the industrial process.

To emphasize Premier’s commitment to guest satisfaction, we aim to deliver the industry-defined standard of hygiene for every property developed and managed.
